REQUIREMENTS:

* 1 year of SLP experience
* LTC or Rehab experience
* New Grads OKAY- as long as a Level II experience and not just a Level I observation experience
* TX State License
* CCC
* 3 years experience holding active CCS-preferred
* Active ASHA and State Licensure
* supervise and support CFY or Student Speech-Language Pathologists
* electronic documentation system
* communication, cognitive or swallowing disorders
