This role requires you to be on your feet for 12-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, every other weekend, and every other holiday, so come prepared to bring your A-game! You’ll need BLS and ACLS certifications, and it's essential that you've got solid mid to large hospital experience under your belt.
