Surgical 3B Type of Patients on Unit: Specialty Surgery – GI/GU/ENT/Urology Number of Beds: 32 Patient Ratios: varies. Days 1:5-1:6, nights 1:6-1:8 (estimates, not guarantees) Equipment: Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment EMR-EPIC Scrub Color - Black

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Telemetry
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed); CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 0 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Must have 4 trauma credits OR must have them completed within the first two weeks from start, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start)
