CONTRACT LPN POSITION

JDM is seeking an experienced licensed practical nurse (LPN) to support a government client on a project located in Jennings, LA.

The assignment duration is approximately 12-36 months. Day and night shifts are available with a rotating schedule of three 12-hour shifts.
Position compensation includes:
Base Rate: $30.00
Night Shift: $33.00
Crisis Rate: $36.00
Aggressive bonus structure based on Call-In's and number of shifts each month.

Typical roles & responsibilities of the ideal candidate include, but are not limited to, the following:

Effectively uses the Nursing Process in the delivery of patient care through data gathering, planning and evaluation.
Provides care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the ages of patients served.
Communicates effectively and professionally with all patients, guests, family members and coworkers to ensure a quality patient experience.
Adapts to rapid change in a positive manner throughout the day as needs of the unit / department change.
Manages personal professional development and maintains required clinical knowledge, technical skills, training and credentials.
Other related duties as required.
