REQUIREMENTS:

* Weekend Requirement: 5 weekend shifts per the 6 week schedule
* Education: Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio. CPR required.
* Experience: Previous nursing experience preferred.
* Job-related Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Problem-solve and facilitate resolution to issues; demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities; Make independent decisions. Critical thinking skills.
* Medium Work: Exerting up to 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible up to 10 pounds amount of force often.
* 2+ years of experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The registered nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care using the nursing process.
* Accepts responsibility for direction of co-workers and delegation of role appropriate tasks in the implementation of care.
* Performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance to the established FMC policies, procedures and guidelines.
