• 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital

Requirements:
• Active Washington RN License required
• Minimum 3 years of ICU/PCU experience
• Must be willing to float to Med-Surg Unit as needed

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care to ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg patients
• Monitor and document patient status and interventions accurately
• Administer patient education and ensure patient safety measures
• Follow infection control and isolation procedures
• Maintain accurate physician orders and shift reports
• Report critical lab values promptly
• Operate and troubleshoot PCU/Telemetry/Med-Surg equipment
• Restock emergency carts and supplies

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced ICU/PCU RN with strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and willingness to work across multiple patient care areas.
