Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our surgical services team in Burlington, MA. The ideal candidate will bring experience across multiple specialties, strong knowledge of surgical procedures, and the ability to thrive in a high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to surgeons and operating room staff before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Maintain a sterile environment and ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are properly prepared.
Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures and demonstrate strong clinical judgment in high-pressure situations.
Assist across a variety of specialties including:
Orthopedic
Neurosurgery
Transplant
Cardiac
Take part in a rotating call schedule:
Short Call
Overnight Call
Weekend Call (1 weekend per month)
Fulfill occasional variable shifts (1–2 per month as needed).

2 years of experience is required.
National Surgical Technologist Certification (required).
BLS/CPR certification (required).
Experience in Ortho, Neuro, Transplant, and Cardiac surgery preferred.
