Recommended skills include experience with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), advanced pulmonary support, and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Strong communication, adaptability, and family-centered care skills are valued.
