We are seeking Full time Registered Nurses to work within an Acute Inpatient Hospital in Ft. Walton Beach, FL and offering a generous sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance!!

Shift Details: Full-Time – Days (7a-7p) or Nights (7p-7a) Available – (with Rotating weekends)

• ICU
• CVICU

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic ICU RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner

Compensation:
Pay rates: Up to $39.60/hr. (Based on experience and unit)
Shift Diffs: $4/hr. Nights; $1.50/hr. Specialty pay
Sign-On Bonus – $10,000 (Days) and $15,000 (Nights)
Relocation Assistance (Case by Case basis)

• Med Tele – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Stepdown – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• ICU or CVICU – Sanford, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• CVOR – Kissimmee, FL | 3x12 Nights
• Med/Surg – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Med Tele – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• Cardiac Surgery ICU – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Nights
• ER/FSED – Tallahassee, FL | 3x12 Days / Mids / Nights

• 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) acute care ER, ICU or CVICU experience. *Would consider PCU/IMCU experience but must have 2 years of exp to qualify*
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS required
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• CCRN preferred
