Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate and holistic nursing care to patients with diverse health needs.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to deliver holistic care.
Monitor patient progress, administer treatments, and maintain accurate records to support recovery and wellness.
Engage in patient-centered care that promotes independence and long-term health outcomes.
Work Environment

Setting: 100% outpatient role in a community-based healthcare facility in New York City.

Schedule

Full-time. 37.5 hour workweek Wednesday-Saturday
Salary: 76K+ plus excellent benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS: NYS certification as an LPN is required.
