Number of Beds - 34 Number of Staff – 57 Type of staff: Day Shift – 1 charge nurse, 7 nurses, 4 PCAs, 1 HUC Night Shift – 1 charge nurse, 6 nurses, 3 PCAs Patient Ratios – 1:5 Type of equipment – Pyxis, hooyer lifts EMR - EPIC Navy Blue Scrubs

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, MS
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 0 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

At least 2 years of traveling experience
Epic documentation experience
