Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Fetal Heart Monitoring certifications are required. Recommended skills include strong communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and proficiency with EMR systems.
