JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: Board Certified

* Licenses: Licensed in OR (Active)

* DEA: Yes

* Certifications: BLS, AONCP

* Other Qualifications: EMR proficiency (Epic), team-based care experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage hematology oncology patients in outpatient clinic setting.

* Oversee patients in infusion suite.

* Handle in-basket management and respond to patient lab results.

* Collaborate with oncology navigator to triage calls.

* Work independently and with oncologist as part of multidisciplinary team.
