* Herrin Hospital Acute Rehab requires BLS and NIHSS
* Herrin Hospital Medical requires BLS and NIHSS
* Memorial Hospital of Carbondale Medical requires BLS and NIHSS
* Memorial Hospital of Carbondale PCU requires NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS
* Memorial Hospital of Carbondale Step Down ICU requires NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS
* Memorial Hospital of Carbondale ICU requires BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and prefers CSU-ALS
