Join Our Team as a Nurse Practitioner in Greenville!

Physician Services Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient medical care to patients in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living and long-term care settings. The provider will manage a primarily geriatric and medically complex patient population, including routine follow-ups, chronic disease management, acute concerns and coordination of care with facility clinical teams. Typical volume is approximately 16–17 patients per day. This is a weekday-based opportunity with a high degree of provider autonomy and support from an established clinical team.

Active or eligible state APRN/NP license required. Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner required. DEA/prescriptive authority preferred; support may be available for qualified candidates. Family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, primary care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation or post-acute care experience preferred. New graduates with strong clinical backgrounds may be considered for select markets.
