In this travel/contract role, you'll immerse yourself in a warm and welcoming environment, where your expertise will support new mothers and their newborns during those crucial first days post-delivery. You will manage a diverse array of patient diagnoses, including post vaginal and c-section deliveries, postpartum hemorrhage, and the administration of essential medications such as IV antibiotics and magnesium. You will work alongside a team dedicated to providing exceptional care in our 13-bed Postpartum unit and 4-bed Continuing Care Nursery. Relevant experience of at least one year is required to ensure you feel confident navigating our specialized equipment, including the Welch Allyn blood pressure monitor and IV pump.
