Travel RN Home Health jobs in Central San Diego, CA offer 13-week contracts with full-time Monday through Friday 8-hour days and 40 hours expected weekly. You must have a California RN license and home health experience. You will visit 6 patients per day, 30 per week, and use Homecare Homebase for documentation. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS rate. Your responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, assessing medical conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and documenting in Homecare Homebase. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care and patient safety 1.
