Join our dynamic healthcare team in Concord, MA, as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This travel/contract position is perfect for dedicated nurses seeking to make a profound impact in the lives of our tiniest patients. As an RN - NICU, you'll work the night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., committing to 36 hours a week across three 12-hour shifts. Your expertise will shine as you deliver exceptional care in our well-equipped facility, featuring 8 beds, a triage area, and two operating rooms.

We’re looking for passionate individuals with at least a year of NICU experience, who are well-versed in couplet care and delivery attendance. You’ll need to have the right certifications – including a Massachusetts RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring – to excel in this role. Weekends and holidays are part of the gig, but the compensation is rewarding, offering a gross weekly estimate of $2,772. Requirements of the RN - NICU:



Travel experience required
Nights, 7p-7a, 36 hours, 3x12s, every other weekend required, every other holiday required, no call.
Must have PP/couplet care experience in addition to NICU (Level II), must have delivery attendance experience
(8 beds, 6 triage and 2 OR's)
MA RN License, BLS, ACLS, NRP and fetal monitoring certification required
1+ yr NICU experience required
