* Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

* Credentialing Timeline: 120+ days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

* Delivery room attendance

* Neonatal resuscitation

* PICC line placement

* Umbilical line placement

* Needle aspiration

* Chest tube placement

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, etc.)

* Licenses: Active MI license (no new license candidates accepted)

* Certifications: NRP (Advanced Provider or Instructor required)

* Experience: Neonatal experience required; new grads not accepted

* AOther Qualifications: Self-Query NPDB required at time of presentation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide comprehensive neonatal care to critically ill neonates in Level III NICU under supervision of attending physician.

* Attend high-risk deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as needed.

* Perform advanced procedures including PICC line placement, umbilical line placement, needle aspiration, and chest tube insertion.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.

* Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic EMR.
