JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Licenses: Active Colorado Medical License, Active DEA with Colorado address
* DEA / CDS: Active DEA required
* Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS required
* Other Qualifications: CME credits past 24 months, case logs, CAQH number

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide primary care and family medicine services to patients.
* Perform minor procedures including joint injections, toenail removals, and lesion removals.
* Manage patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day.
* Work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with admin time.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff as needed.
