AZ RN-ICU + float- nights

We have an immediate need for: ICU Nurse + Call CERTS: ACLS and BLS certs MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO Med Surg (if needed) EMR: Meditech 6.0 experience preferred Call: Will be required to take some call shifts 24 hours in duration 1. 3 days cx clause in 13 week contract 2. There will be an added call requirement with contract 3. No more then 3 days off RTO requests per contract

Shift: 12 hr nights+call

Specialty Type: Nursing

Sub Specialties: Intensive Care / Coronary Nurse (ICU)
General Certifications: General Certifications(ACLS,BLS/BCLS)

additionalInformation: 1) Flu vaccine is required NO exceptions 2) 100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler that has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital. 3) RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract 4) Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
