The Clinical Manager role is focused on managing departmental goals and objectives. This is accomplished through staff retention, setting clear expectations, ensuring the provision of exceptional patient experience, and identifying improvement processes to achieve objectives and implementation of action plans.

Our nurseries care for premature and sick newborns born at gestation age 28 weeks and greater, offering advanced airway management, mechanical ventilator support capabilities, and minor surgical procedures, such as neonatal central line placement.
Our attentive SCN team includes:
24/7 Neonatology Coverage, including NNPs – Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
Specially trained NICU nurses
RNC-NICU – advanced certified nurses
Developmental specialist
Dedicated speech therapist trained in neonatal therapies, including feeding and swallow studies
IBCLCs – Lactation specialists
Dedicated care coordinators
Education
BSN or actively enrolled in BSN program with a completion date within three years from date of hire - Required
Master's Degree- Preferred
Experience
2 years recent hospital clinical experience in specialty area- Required
Chronic Care Management and Care Management experience - Preferred
Recent Hospital Experience - Preferred
Knowledge of ACO, VBP, Payer Quality Incentive Program experience - Preferred
Community Care:
3-5 years supervisory experience and leadership experience - Preferred
