osition Title: RN - Level Four-NICU Location: Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Level Four NICU (Cost Center Number: 1001220) Trauma Level: Level I Total # of Unit Beds/Suites/Deliveries: 82 Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 2:1 Length of Assignment: 13 weeks Desired Orientation Date: 01/06/2026 to 04/11/26 Shift: Night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM 5osition Title: RN - Level Four-NICU Location: Anschutz Medical Campus Department: Level Four NICU (Cost Center Number: 1001220) Trauma Level: Level I Total # of Unit Beds/Suites/Deliveries: 82 Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 2:1 Length of Assignment: 13 weeks Desired Orientation Date: 01/06/2026 to 04/11/26 Shift: Night shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM 50  Mile Radius Rule Float Requirement: may be required to float to acute care (level 6, 8 or 9) or ICUs (PICU or CICU); same shift time. Manager anticipates floating within NICU predominantly. If floated outside NICU will not take patients greater than 3 years of age. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend; Friday, Saturday and Sunday night On-Call Requirement: None Holiday Work Requirement: Would be required to work the night before Labor day or the night of Labor day. FLOAT: Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence to fulfill the scheduled guaranteed hours and within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility (unless otherwise agreed to in such Personnel’s individual assignment confirmation). Qualifications: Education: BSN- Required. Will consider ADN with 8+ years level IV NICU exp in a teaching AND children's facility Licensure/Certification: RN Required Certifications:  BLS , NRP, PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Minimum Clinical Experience Required: 2 years of Level IV NICU experience REQUIRED: Experience in a teaching hospital Preferred: Prior travel nursing experience Preferred: PICU experience is a plus , but NOT REQUIRED IVS TO OFFER - ***THIS IS A MANDITORY PHONE CALL have travelers standing by for an call*** This position is best suited for experienced NICU nurses who are comfortable working in a high-acuity, Level I trauma center. While prior travel experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this role a good opportunity for new travelers. Additional Information: NO RTO in the first two weeks of new assignment No more than 10 days of RTO will be approved during the 13 week contract Vaccine Policy: Exemptions for seasonal influenza vaccine allowed with completed form submissionFloat Requirement: may be required to float to acute care (level 6, 8 or 9) or ICUs (PICU or CICU); same shift time.
