REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

* Board Status: Board Certified required
* State License: IN License required or Universal License (IMLC)
* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ABLS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including obstetrics, neurosurgery, open heart, thoracic, and complex orthopedics.
* Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and obtain informed consent.
* Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage ventilation, volume status, and hemodynamics.
* Insert central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters as needed; manage post-operative pain including epidurals and extremity blocks.
* Provide emergency airway management, resuscitation, and CRNA supervision when required.
