DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide critical care management for a diverse patient population in a closed ICU.
* Work collaboratively with attending intensivists and consulting specialists.
* Conduct daily rounds and document patient progress.
* Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as part of the NP/PA team.
* Ensure compliance with facility protocols and maintain accurate medical records.
