Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the heart of Rockford's thriving community! This travel/contract position focuses on home health, where you’ll bring your expertise directly to those in need. With an estimated gross weekly compensation of $2720, we offer a competitive pay package that reflects your skills and commitment. This role requires a solid background—at least 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting within the last three years. If you have experience in home health, IV therapy, emergency room care, or oncology, we’d particularly love to hear from you!

You'll work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, taking turns with your teammates for weekend and holiday visits every third week. We’ll cover mileage between visits, so you can focus on what you do best—making a difference in the lives of patients in their homes. To qualify, you'll need a current Illinois RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Please note, we are seeking talent outside of a 50-mile radius as local candidates are not eligible. 8a-5p M-F, every 3rd weekend., rotating holidays.
At least 1 year experience as a professional nurse within the past 3 years in an acute care setting.
Experience in home health, IV therapy, ER or oncology preferred. Cardiac or wound certification preferred.
Mileage between visits paid.
No local candidates within a 50 mile radius.
IL RN license, BLS required
