CNA - Long Term Care

Job Duties:
Minimum of 5 years of current/recent CNA experience - [REQUIRED]
Active BLS Certification ARC or AHA - [REQUIRED]
Agency MUST be able to schedule MI Fingerprints - [REQUIRED]
Traveler MUST have own vehicle or rental. - [REQUIRED] (Please note there is no public transportation)
MI based clinicians & clinicians that have driven and/or worked in winter weather conditions will be prioritized due to upcoming Fall/Winter season in the Upper Peninsula.

Shift Notes:
11p-7a/30 min meal breaks are deducted each day/40 hrs scheduled/37.5 hrs guaranteed

Pay Details:
For Travelers/Stipend:
Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $34.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $1,275.00


OR

For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $35.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $1,312.50
