Minimum 2 years of oncology subspecialty experience
Certification through ANCC or AANP
Active Colorado NP license (or eligible via compact licensure)
Current DEA registration
Current AOCNP certification required
Must obtain APN and RXN (prescriptive authority) licensure in Colorado - Requirements

Certified by NCCPA with active PA-C credential
Minimum 2 years oncology experience preferred
Active Colorado PA license (or eligible via compact licensure)
Current DEA registration
