JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Board: Certified
* Licenses: Licensed in AZ
* Certifications: ACLS, BLS
* Experience: Minimum one year of experience
* Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks; must provide case logs of blocks performed

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide anesthesia services across 4 designated facility locations.
* Perform independent anesthesia practice including peripheral nerve blocks.
* Participate in shared weeknight and weekend call coverage.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in surgical, endoscopic, and procedural settings.
* Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility-specific credentialing requirements.
