Home Hospice
Start ASAP for 13 weeks
Monday - Friday
Coverage area: Imperial County May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address
Driver’s License and Auto Insurance required Hospice experience required
Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.
HomeCare HomeBase experience required
Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.

Requirements

Licensure: Active state RN license.
Current AHA BLS
Covid 19 vaccine
