Available RN Shifts

Second shift: 2:00 p.m.-10:30 p.m.

Third shift: 10:15 p.m.-6:00 a.m.

Candidates should indicate which RN shift or shifts they are available to work.

Pay Options

The following rates apply to both shifts:
- Tier 1 – Benefits-Eligible W-2: $45 per hour
- Tier 2 – Non-Benefits-Eligible W-2: $49 per hour
- 1099 Independent Contractor: $52 per hour

Important 1099 Notice: Independent contractors are self-employed and are not eligible for employee benefits, paid time off, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, or employer-paid payroll taxes. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other applicable obligations.

What You’ll Do
- Assess residents, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate individualized nursing care.
- Monitor and document physical, cognitive, emotional, and behavioral changes in electronic medical records.
- Respond to urgent needs while maintaining nursing, infection-control, confidentiality, resident-safety, and facility standards.

What You’ll Need
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license.
- Strong assessment, medication-administration, care-planning, communication, and electronic documentation skills.
- Ability to independently provide RN care for residents with complex needs and complete all required screenings, credentialing, orientation, and facility training.
