Dietitians

Adelphi is seeking both Part-Time and Full-Time Dietitians to provide nutrition services in an inpatient facility in Fulton, Missouri. The ideal candidate will assess a patients nutritional needs, Develop personalized meal plans, Monitor a patient's progress, Educate patients on healthy eating habits, and Provide medical nutritional counseling and therapy.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Registered and licensed in the state of Missouri

  • Master's degree or higher from an ACEND-accredited program

  • RD/RDN credential.

  • Four days of New Employee Orientation

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Screen patients for nutrition risk factors

  • Refer patients to clinical dietitians for nutrition assessment

  • Collaborate with the patient's care team to provide nutrition care

  • Monitor patients for changes in nutritional status

  • Provide nutrition education to patients and families

  • Update patient records

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
