Nurse Delegator , Education and Monitoring

Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Multiple Adult Family Homes (Travel Required)
Status: Part-Time / Flexible (2–4 days per week)
ensuring caregivers are confident and residents are safe.
Educate & Empower: Train caregivers on medication administration and monitor compliance.
Occasional: catheter changes, monthly medication setups, and wound care, and other non-delegatable tasks.
Optional Opportunities: Private Duty opportunities (include additional bonuses).

We are looking for a "people person" who is comfortable acting as an educator and a leader. Must be comfortable with documentation.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
Education Mindset: You enjoy teaching and simplifying complex medical tasks for non-medical caregivers.
Reliability: You must have your own reliable vehicle and active auto insurance.
Self-Starter: Since you’ll be in the field, you must be comfortable working independently and managing your time.
