Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, OR SSN Required DOB Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Driver’s License Copy On-File
Meditech EMR
Flu Vaccine Required (Declinations accepted but must be from Religious Leader or Doctor)
