Licensed Practical Nurse: Emergency Dept.

Matrix Providers is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse: Emergency Dept to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families at 633 Medical Group, Langley Air Force Base, VA.

Employment Status: Full-time
Compensation: This is an hourly position, paid bi-weekly.
$28-30/hour plus H&W $5.09
Schedule: Services shall be provided Monday through Friday, between the hours of 0630 and 1800 hours. Shifts will normally be scheduled for nine (9) hours, to include an uncompensated sixty (60) minute meal break. In no instance will the HCW be required to provide services in excess of eighty (80) hours per two-week period.

Requirements: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) must have and meet the following:

Degree: Certificate.
Education: Graduate from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university, or vocational nursing program approved by the appropriate State agency and accredited by the Commission on Nursing Education Accreditation (CNEA).
Certification: BLS
Experience: One year of practical or vocational nurse experience after graduation.
Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license as a practical or vocational nurse.
