RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Deliver direct nursing care to patients under the guidance of RNs or physicians.
* Perorm comprehensive patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
* Evalute, clean, dress, and manage wounds while monitoring for infection or complications.
* Continuously monitor and document patients' vital signs.
* Maintain detailed patient records and educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
* Resond swiftly during medical emergencies and adhere to infection control procedures.
