Travel Social Worker

Seeking a compassionate, organized, and dedicated Social Worker to play a vital role in improving the lives of individuals and families in need. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide support as they navigate complex social and emotional issues. 

Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Planning: Conduct in-depth assessments and develop tailored care plans.
Counseling & Support: Offer direct support and counseling to clients and families.
Case Coordination & Advocacy: Collaborate with service providers and advocate for client needs, addressing systemic barriers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential case records.
Crisis Management: Provide intervention to ensure client safety. 

Qualifications & Skills
Education: BSW or MSW from an accredited program.
Min of 2 years of experience within specialty.
Required - GA LCSW.
Acute Hospital experience.
