REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 2 yrs SAME DAY SURGERY experience
* Experience working in a rural OR outpatient facility
* Admitting and Discharge experience
* Phase I and II/PACU experience
* IV starts
* Must be able to prepare OR for surgery (pre-op), not just the patient for surgery
* CERNER EMR EXPERIENCE
* VT License prior to start
* BLS (AHA)
* ACLS (AHA)
