Job Description:
The main campus ED in Zanesville is a Level III Trauma Center and has 38 beds with 2 trauma bays and is in the top 10 of busiest ED's in Ohio.  Assignment is 36 hours/week, Rotating evening/night shift schedule. Could be scheduled either 3PM to 3:30AM or 7PM to 7:30AM. Every other weekend is required, along with holiday rotation. Requests for excessive RTO around the holidays will not be approved. Taking call is not expected and should be a rare request. RN must have completed at least 3 ED assignments and/or have 3 years of current/recent ED experience. BLS, PALS and ACLS are all required. TNCC and ENPC are strongly preferred but not required.
PLEASE NOTE that competency with Epic EMR is required: the ED Manager has informed me that they will not consider any candidate without this experience, no matter how much ED experience the candidate has. Please be sure to list this Epic experience in the submission or the candidate will be declined.
