Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
Location: Hollister, California & Across California
Type: Travel Contract
Shifts: 12-Hour Day/Night Shifts
Pay Range: $2,000 – $3,000 Weekly
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) for travel contract opportunities across California. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients with diverse medical and surgical conditions.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any changes promptly.
Assist with post-operative recovery, wound care, and discharge education.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Active California RN License (or Compact License if applicable).
Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience required.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
Strong critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
