To qualify, you need at least 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist in cardiovascular operating rooms, a current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) license for Virginia, and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR). Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Experience with cardiac surgery protocols and patient care is essential.
