Position Overview
patient-centered Physician Assistant to join our growing aesthetic and wellness practice under the supervision of Dr.
This role is ideal for a PA who is passionate about facial rejuvenation, body contouring, regenerative wellness, and delivering exceptional patient experiences in a boutique, high-touch medical environment.
The Physician Assistant will play an integral role in patient care delivery, individualized treatment planning, clinical excellence, and practice growth while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism.
Core Responsibilities
Clinical & Patient Care
Perform comprehensive patient consultations, assessments, and medical histories
Develop and execute individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Dr. Hsieh
Deliver non-surgical aesthetic treatments within scope of practice and training, including but not limited to:
Energy-based treatments such as facial rejuvenation, skin tightening, and body contouring
Delegated wellness and functional treatments
Conduct follow-up visits, monitor outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
Identify contraindications and ensure patient safety at all times
Medical Oversight & Compliance
Work under physician supervision in accordance with New York State regulations and practice protocols
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation
Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable regulatory guidelines
Assist with informed consent processes and patient education
Patient Experience & Education
Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, post-care instructions, and long-term aesthetic plans
Deliver a concierge-level patient experience aligned with the Vibrance 360 brand
Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and clinical confidence
Practice Growth & Collaboration
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize workflows and patient outcomes
Support practice initiatives including new treatment launches, events, open houses, and educational sessions
Contribute clinical insights to enhance protocols, outcomes, and patient satisfaction
Represent Vibrance 360 with professionalism in and outside the clinic
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
Active New York State Physician Assistant license
NCCPA certification in good standing
Ability to work under physician supervision
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Preferred
Experience in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, or medical spa environments
Experience with energy-based aesthetic devices and cosmetic consultations
Interest in wellness, regenerative medicine, and facial aesthetics
