Travel Home Health RN job in Washington, DC: Start ASAP for a 13-week contract. You will manage your own schedule and route, providing patient assessments, wound care, IV therapy, chronic disease management, and care coordination. Responsibilities include developing individualized care plans, educating patients and families, documenting health status, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will collaborate with local physicians and adapt to new documentation systems. Required qualifications include an active RN license in Washington, DC, BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license.
