We are hiring an experienced Occupational Therapist for an urgent travel assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Limited submission slots—apply today.

Position Details:

Location: San Jose, CA
Facility: Skilled Nursing (130 beds)
Contract: 6–9 Weeks
Schedule: M–F Day Shift (Alternate weekends)
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

Compensation:

$69/hr
$2,848/week (incl. $1,900 stipend)
OT: $79/hr after 40 hours

Requirements:

Active CA OT License
1+ year experience
SNF preferred

Responsibilities:

ADLs & functional therapy
Treatment planning
Documentation & progress tracking
Team collaboration
