We are looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our Lamoille Home Health & Hospice team preferably full- time. $5,000 sign-on if hired 29+ hours. Benefits available at 29 hours.
These services are home based, professional judgement and a strong knowledge of autonomy is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, ability to plan, implement, and coordinate a physical therapy program from eligibility determination to exit. - Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
State licensure as a Physical Therapist
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
Experience in home health preferred but not required - Location
