Saunders Staffing is recruiting for multiple certified nursing assistant to work in the Wilmore, Kentucky area.
Job Description
EMERGENCY CONTRACT
Must be in good standing with the state of KY with one year experience.
Experience in LTC is encouraged.
Work Schedule
Day and night shifts are open, 12-hour shifts, rotate two weekends per month. Overtime is available
Key responsibilities
Assisting with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing or eating, in home health or inpatient setting.
Helping transport patients safely by operating wheelchairs, lifts, and rolling hospital beds
Taking vital signs or checking patients into offices.
Observe patient conditions, identifying potential risk factors for patient wellness and communicating them to nurses
Updating patient files with vital signs and other information depending on facility
Requirements
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods
You must be able to be on your feet for several hours during each shift.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
Strong attention to detail and a position of team-oriented attitude
Dependable transportation to and from work
Previous experience as a CNA
Basic knowledge of the essential functions of a CNA to work and be effective
Must pass a background check and physical as well as WVCARES clearance.
