REQUIREMENTS:

* Current Surgical Technician Certification
* Minimum 2 years' Operating Room experience with orthopedic focus.
* Experience with orthopedic implants and grafts required.
* Strong understanding of sterile technique and perioperative standards.
* Flexibility and strong orthopedic expertise are required, along with the ability to support additional surgical specialties as needed.
* Adaptability to different teams, workflows, and case volumes required.
* Experience with robotics and advanced surgical technology.
* Must maintain a 30-minute response time when on call.
* Schedule flexibility required based on surgical volume.
* Participating in call rotation including weekdays, weekends and holidays.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide intraoperative support for orthopedic surgical procedures.
* Manage orthopedic implants, grafts, and instrumentation.
* Maintain knowledge of orthopedic procedures including total joint and sports medicine.
* Support General, Urology, Uro-GYN, GYN, ENT, Neuro, Podiatry, and Robotics when not assigned to orthopedic cases.
