REQUIREMENTS:

* Master's or doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program (bachelor's acceptable if grandfathered under state law).
* Current, unrestricted OT license in [state]; NBCOT certification (OTR).
* Minimum 5 years of OT clinical experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
* Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines, including PDPM and documentation requirements.
* Current BLS/CPR certification.
* Preferred: 3+ years as a Rehab Director or Program Manager in a skilled nursing, acute care, or outpatient setting.
* Preferred: Experience with survey readiness and quality improvement programs.
* Preferred: Proficiency with EMR and therapy documentation systems (e.g. Net Health).
* Preferred: Specialty certification (e.g., CHT, CLT, CDP, gerontology or neurology board certification).
* Preferred: Experience managing budgets, productivity, and contract staffing partnerships.
