💼 Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to provide high‑quality care to residents in a skilled nursing/long‑term care setting. The ideal candidate is reliable, patient‑focused, and committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

🩺 Key Duties & Responsibilities
-Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility
-Monitor and record vital signs; promptly report changes to nursing staff
-Support safe transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other equipment
-Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection‑control standards
-Provide emotional support, companionship, and respectful communication
-Document care accurately in facility systems and follow care plans

📘 Scope of Responsibility
-Deliver hands‑on care to residents with varying medical and mobility needs
-Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams
-Uphold facility policies, HIPAA guidelines, and safety protocols
-Contribute to a positive, team‑centered work culture

🕒 Schedule
-Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN options available
-Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts
-Flexible scheduling based on facility needs

CNA Requirements – Pennsylvania
-Active CNA Registration in PA
-Recent Physical Exam (within 12 months)
-TB Test (2‑Step PPD or QuantiFERON)
-Valid Identification Card (Driver’s License or State ID)
-Social Security Number
-COVID‑19 Vaccination Card (or exemption if accepted by facility)
-Current CPR/BLS Certification (if applicable to facility requirements)
