REQUIREMENTS:

* Must hold valid CNA certification.
* LTC/SNF experience preferred.
* Strong communication and care skills.
* Able to follow instructions and teamwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist residents with ADLs:

* Bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
* Mobility and safe transfers.
* Mealtime assistance.

* Monitor and document vital signs.
* Report all changes in resident condition immediately.
* Maintain accurate charting and care records.
* Keep patient rooms clean and safe.
* Provide resident companionship and support.
